6-9-12 Incabloc + Rubber strap?? Rare Electra French Skin Diver. New "Tropic Style" Rubber Band. From late 1960s early 1970s. Company bought from Lip with other French watch manufacturers enclosing some great Design/Movements for that time with the Lip collaboration Electra grew in popularity culminating in late model with Quartz "Lip Brevèt" calibre.
